Why it costs less than a coffee meeting
Finding out how a lender sees your numbers usually means applying and waiting. A declined application can take weeks and leave you with little explanation. Loan Ready shows you the weak spots first, so you can fix them before you ask.
What Loan Ready is not
- It is not a loan application, and it does not send your information to any lender.
- It is not a credit check. You choose your own credit score range.
- It is not a guarantee of approval. Every bank and credit union sets its own standards and makes its own decision.
Common questions
Is there a subscription?
No. Each purchase is one calculation. Buy another only if you want to run your numbers again, for example after paying down debt or adding equity.
Can I get a refund?
Unused calculations can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, less the card processing fee. A calculation that has already been run can't be refunded. Email refund@beloanready.com.
Which option should I pick?
If you don't have financial statements yet, or you'd rather type the figures yourself, pick the $4.99 option. If you have a balance sheet or income statement and want the figures read for you, pick the $10.99 upload option.
Does using Loan Ready affect my credit score?
No. Loan Ready never pulls your credit. You select the score range you already know.
